Inside Terezín: Exploring the Fortress, Ghetto, and Hidden History
Explore the history of Terezin with us!
Have you ever thought about visiting concentration camps? Getting to witness a deeply moving historical site that preserves the memory of World War II, the Holocaust, and the victims of the Nazi regime is possible in a little town close to Prague.
The Nazis used Terezín as a massive propaganda tool. They dressed it up as a "retirement settlement" or spa town for elderly, disabled, or prominent Jews to hide the reality of the genocide from the International Red Cross.
Because the camp held many celebrated European artists, writers, musicians, and intellectuals, a secret underground cultural life flourished. Inmates secretly gave lectures, wrote poetry, composed music, and created powerful artwork that documented the grim reality of the ghetto, preserving their human dignity amid unimaginable suffering.
Come investigate such a historical place with us!

Svatý Jan: Autumn Hike Through the Czech Karst
Want to go on a proper outdoorsy hike? Have an adventure without completely emptying your student budget?
Join us on a 14km hike through the forests and rock formations of the Czech Karst, a beautiful protected landscape just 40 minutes outside of Prague. Starting in Srbsko, we'll take forest paths to Svatý Jan pod Skalou, a tiny village and historic site tucked into a valley beneath the cliffs. There, we'll visit the local church and explore the cave beneath and end with climbing around 150 m to a spectacular viewpoint. The time of our matches perfectly with the Czech countryside bursting with autumn colors!
If you, just like us, want to spend more time outside and don't mind getting your shoes a little muddy, see you there! It'll be us, nature and autumn vibes:)

🪪 Have a valid Prague coupon for public transport.
🧥 Don’t forget to bring some warm clothes, we’ll spend most of the time outside. BRING A RAIN JACKET!
🥾 The hike will take place in a forest, please bring shoes that can withstand a little bit of rough terrain.
🍕 Bring enough food and water to last you a full day of hiking.
